About Mobile Legends ping

Test your Mobile Legends ping from the browser. MLBB has no in-game server picker — your account is locked to a region — so the cluster you were assigned sets your latency floor for last-hits, skill-shots and turns. This tool probes a cloud endpoint beside each Mobile Legends region (Singapore for Southeast Asia, plus Brazil, Europe, North America and more) and ranks them by round-trip time.

MLBB ping guide: excellent under 50 ms · good under 90 ms · playable under 120 ms · rough past 200 ms.

Methodology

How this maps to in-game MLBB ping

Mobile Legends assigns your server by account region — there's no in-client picker — and Moonton doesn't publish its server locations. This test approximates each MLBB cluster (Singapore for Southeast Asia, plus North America, Brazil, Europe, the Middle East and India) with the nearest AWS region and probes it over HTTPS. The absolute number is a close estimate rather than the exact game-server ping, but the ranking of regions tracks what you feel in-game.

FAQ

MLBB ping — frequently asked

What is a good ping for Mobile Legends?
Under 50 ms is excellent and under 90 ms is good. MLBB stays playable up to about 120 ms, but above that you'll feel skill-shots, blinks and last-hits drift. Most Southeast Asian players on the Singapore cluster see 30–70 ms.
Can I change my Mobile Legends server?
Not directly — MLBB assigns your server from your account region at registration, and there's no in-client picker. Players sometimes use a VPN to register on a different region, but it doesn't move your existing account, and a longer route usually means worse ping, not better.
Why is my MLBB ping high even though I'm in Asia?
Most of Southeast Asia routes to the Singapore cluster, so a player in Indonesia, the Philippines or Malaysia can still see 60–100 ms depending on their ISP's path to Singapore. This test shows the ping to a nearby AWS region for each market so you can see where the route gets slow.
Does this measure the real Mobile Legends server?
Moonton doesn't publish its server IPs, so this is an approximation: it pings the nearest AWS region to each MLBB cluster over HTTPS. The ranking tracks your real in-game ping closely, but treat the absolute number as a close estimate, not the exact game-server latency.

How this maps to in-game ping

Real game traffic is UDP; browsers can't open raw sockets. We probe AWS S3 regional endpoints (anycast-free HTTPS) and map each Valve SDR PoP to its nearest AWS region by great-circle distance. Expect ~5–15 ms TCP+TLS overhead vs in-game UDP, but the relative ordering of regions tracks closely.

Confidence: medium-high

Strong for relative ranking and choosing a region. Absolute numbers carry HTTPS overhead. Coverage is sparse in some places (mainland CN, parts of RU/ME) — those regions show rather than a misleading number.
